Returns & Exchanges

At MANSORY Boutique, we strive for perfection in every garment; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned pieces must be in their original, unworn condition with all luxury packaging and security tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original MANSORY branded box and include the printed return authorization form inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
